Great Hotel!”

Enjoyed our recent stay! Unfortunately did not get to use the spa but hope to some day in the future! Parking was easy and everyone was so helpful! Comfortable beds and great AC!

Excellent place to stay in Sannomia”

Very close to Sannomiya station. Many shopping and dining options nearby. Clean and well sanitized hotel with professional and courteous staff. Great value for money to stay in the center of Sannomiya

Great location!”

It was close to the station, Ikuta Shrine and shopping area. We also enjoyed the onsen at night especially after a long day of just walking. The staff were also super helpful! We wanted a massage on our last night but we can’t speak Japanese well, so we asked the front desk to book for us. We are so thankful. Highly recommend!

Gods hotel, but some issues with staffs ”

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooms bigger than most of Japanese hotels. The breakfast was also one of the big plus about this hotel. However, I had several issues with the staff. I want to order a cake for my husband for his birthday (a service that is offered by the hotel) and I had many issue to contact the hotel. I have sent more than 5 emails (in English) to the hotel and got answer just once. I even tried to send message in Japanese, but also there was no answer. Then I decided to call the hotel and asked if I could speak in English to them but the staff that picked up the phone said “no”. I decide to try in Japanese and I finally could set the surprise. Another point that made really uncomfortable was the way the staff handled the usage of the hot spring. There was one staff controlling how many people were accessing the facility, but they let in more people than recommended. The hot spring is small and there was so many people inside that I felt uncomfortable and afraid to get coronavirus. They should control the number of people that can go inside the hot spring to avoid contamination.

Good points: 1. Excellent location, 7 minute walk from Sannomiya station 2. Bathrooms and rooms were spacious and new 3. Stylish communal hot bath and sauna, tight security 4. Delicious breakfast buffet with wide spread of cuisines, highly recommended 5. Very polite staff, free bottles of water Cons: 1. Found a small cockroach running around my bathroom despite the hotel being new

Nice room and facilities ”

A bit confusing to find it from Sannomiya station. Room larger than expected, very clean bathroom and nice spa/ bath area. Breakfast was surprisingly good with a great choice of western food. I also appreciated the measures taken against Covid

改装後はじめての利用”

久しぶりに利用しました。 館内は綺麗でセキュリティもなかなか良くなっていて、戸惑う部分はあったものの、良い宿泊になりました。 一つ残念なのは利用するお客さんの捉え方にもよるのでしょうが、大浴場の履き物を脱ぐ場所で客室からルームのスリッパを履いてきた方が脱がずに脱衣場のロッカー前まで行き来する人がいて衛生的な面でどうかとおもう場面がありました。 客室から大浴場までの区間は外部から土足で入ってエレベーターも利用されるため、客室からスリッパできて脱衣場までそのままというのはなんとかしていただきたいと思います。 それ以外は隣の音も聞こえず、静かにゆっくり過ごすことができました。 朝食もとてもおいしかったです。

駅からも近く、どこへ行くにも便利でした。大浴場も付いていたので、子どもたちも過ごしやすかったです。まt、朝食には、明石焼きなどご当地のものがあったり、デザートも多種類あったりしてとても良かったです。

以前は、落ち着いた良いホテルだったが。 経営が変わったのか、フロントの対応が今ひとつ。
