Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Aircon was poor and windows didn't open very far at all. Carpet was stained and housekeeping only did the minimum, our drinking glasses were never changed in 3 days. No hand towel provided either. Location good if you're happy to take trams and trains which we were.
Bad experience, no basic privacy and security.”
It was all good ay the begining, we were welcome at reception, and able to get room quickly. The location is fair, bed was ok.
Until next morning when we were staying till 12noon checkout time as we have a flight at evening. At about 1030am my girlfriend suddenly heard of door get open as sweeping card access will have small beeps sounds. Luckily she heard and we immediately shout no! and the person who open the door back off.
after 5 sec of silent, i open the door and see the housekeeping lady is at the end of the corridor. i believe is her that open it without knocking, and while my "do not disturb" sign has clearly hanging on the door handler.
as we are in a foreign land, we do not tell anyone in the hotel. But we feel terrible for case like this.
it could be intention, or just accidental. but i think if a customer cannot get the basic security and privacy then this is not qualify as a hotel. your people could just knock before open or check with front desk if customers has checkout.
I urge your hotel manager look into the matter and get your staff train properly. I do think knock before open is a basic knowledge and should be apply to anywhere in the world.
please becareful if you book this hotel.
Nice location, friendly staff, clean rooms ”
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
Shower pressure was quite soft and breakfast was a bit limiting if you don't eat pork, ham or eggs
Too small room and expensive”
The room is too small and dark. Also, it was very noisy. The location is great. It is close to the train station and convenience store. However, it is not worth the money I paid.
Basic hotel facilities, value for money, but quite far from the center”
Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during my quick trip in Prague. Although conveniently located need a metro and tram stations, it's quite far from the Old Town Square where all the attraction/tourist destinations are located. It's about 25-30 minutes walk from Old Town; roughly 10 minutes from Museum Square. Breakfast is very basic and they serve same food for the 2 consecutive mornings the time I stayed--but good enough. Room and toilet is clean, with basic toiletries (hair & body wash). Staff at the reception should be a little bit more friendly.
Its NOT sooo centrally located in the square”
Its several blocks away from where they "advertise"...,
Good reliable clean”
Nothing to fault really. The bathroom was a good size and clean, with appropriate toiletries provided. Bed was also comfortable and large. Staff were friendly. No issues with the free wifi. Good location. Did not try the breakfast.
Worth the money, Standart , not so bad
small room . not very clean .
Comfortable bed .
Just OK for this price .
nice hotel with good price”
Price, clean, staff service
The lobby staff helped me a lot!
They allowed early check in for me.
Good hotel, location a bit outside”
Good offer (60€ p night)
We had a good stay, the staff was attentive and helped us arrange transfer to the hotel. Room is IBIS standard. The hotel is a bit outside of the City centre. A plus, it is close to a 22 tramway station. All in all, we had a good stay.
Hotel is a safe option, clean and functional with decent sized rooms having everything you need. It's not a luxury hotel so not somewhere u will want to hang out in but if u want somewhere for a city break weekend or a business trip it's good.
Town centre is about a 20 min walk or you can get the subway or tram 100m away that takes you there and in fact all over the city quickly.
To get here from the airport is also easy and very cheap on public transport. Just take the 119 transer bus from the airport to Nadrazi Veleslavin (20 min). Then get on the green line subway towards town. Change to the red line at Museum and go one stop to I P PAVLOVA. The hotel is just down the hill. With a 32 Czech crown ticket valid for 90 mins you are covered for the whole journey. As fast as a taxi almost and compared to maybe 700+ much cheaper.
Ibis is not a budget hotel”
Location, cleanliness and good service
It was great, the staff were lovely and helpful, well spoken in English too
great hotel for its price. ”
location is not bad, 1-2 stops away from the shopping area, but I can't complain because I chose to stay there. Lot
