reception staff speak English not clear to understand
e.g., reception staff just give me a shuttle bus time schedule and not to explain how to use it.
reception staff ask me if the checking date is the special date for me, but not to explain the asking purpose...
I ask reception staff to keep my baggage in hotel, the staff not give me the receipt at once until I request it. To avoid the baggage lost, use the receipt is a common sense.
Finally, the room equipments are not quite clean. The electronic water pot too dirty to boil water, I ask reception staff to give me bottle water and he told me need to pay a extra charge...
The comforters are not clean well, has stain on it...(the "paper door" also...)
The whole service for the hotel is OK except reception service and room equipment quality.
