Extremely bad service, don’t ever go if u have other option”
Bad service management:
1) staff didn’t mention under bad weather condition, bus schedule might be subject to change. We took the bus to town shops to look around and we waited for 1.5 hr at the train station for pick up until we asked the info staff to call the hotel then we realized the pick up location changed! It took us another 30min to get on the bus and there were some guests who couldn’t not board on the bus due to capacity. Guests were complaining about it! It took us 3 hrs to get up back to the hotel!
2) they should have a log to show which time slots the guests picked for dinner and breakfast to avoid long queue, which took us at least 20 min for the wait to get into the restaurant even we marked our time! by the time we got in the food were almost empty with long queue!
3) food quality was bad and the building is old and worn without renovation at all!
4) it was way overpriced at US$300 a night for this kind of service and experience!
