Excellent hosts, everything was perfect for our stay in Rome at la Reggia. The desk was very helpful and gave us many advise. The breakfast was great but could be more diversify. Will come back to this hotel when I’ll come back to Rome.
Excellent location, very good value for money”
The location couldn't be much better - I was able to walk to every single place I visited in Rome. It's also very close to the Rome Central station and we were able to walk there with several items of luggage without much difficulty.
The place itself is very small with limited space - to be expected for such a good location. The hotel is tidy and clean and Lorenzo at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fairly basic but fit for purpose - it includes nice pastries.
The only issue we had was that the WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay and the staff were unable to fix it. Apart from this, we had a good stay and I would happily return.
Family break with two teenagers”
Very good value in heart of Rome. Friendly staff,, very accommodating . You’re able to have breakfast in room.- self serviceCoffee and snacks throughout the day, would stay again again
only for a good price”
I recommend, but only at a very bargain price. Rooms smaller than in the pictures, you can see that the renovation was a long time ago. After entering, it smelled a bit musty. Breakfast very good, fanstastic service. The location is also a plus. If you get a good price, do not hesitate.
loved it, very clean, lots of hot water, very friendly staff, great location.
Decent B&B - Breakfast is nice but i would have preferred more fruit.
Small place so you have to like chatting.
Location was very good, 20minutes walking to almost every important momument. Room was clean, but breakfast was not impressive.
Good accommodation with friendly staffs”
The room is not as big as expected but comfortable enough for me. However, there was no shampoo and not much bath stuffs in the bathroom. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Comfortable B&B in an excellent location”
location, coffee, comfort
My sister and I stayed here for our first 3 nights in Italy. The location is great, it's within about 10 mins walking of Termini station. It's on the first floor of a 5 storey building which has an older styled elevator. The entrance isn't obvious at first, it's like an entrance to an apartment building. There is a plaque next to the door that says La Reggia (along with a few other plaques for the other B&Bs/hotels in the same building).
Our room was very comfortable, with a good bed and pillows, good ac, and a clean and tidy bathroom.
Breakfast was good, with cheese and ham, fruit, juice, yoghurt, eggs and fresh crossaints. Their coffee was fantastic!
The location is perfect - we easily walked there from Termini with our backpacks. And we walked to all the main tourist spots, including the Vatican City. We didn't use public transport at all while in Rome. Make sure you have comfortable shoes and a water bottle in summer! All in all, an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend it.
