Beautiful hotel and wonderful service”

The courtyard is beautiful and a perfect place to relax at any time of day or evening. The spa and sauna is a great facility. But above all the staff were warm and welcoming.

Room size is really closet size”

Room much too small....no place to put bags or drawers to stow clothes. Shower is so small....I’m a slim person and could barely turn around. Except for the inadequacy of the room, staff and facilities are great.

Great hotel in a great neighbrhood!”

This was my third stay here. It feels quite intimate and private. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The Marais location is wonderful and it is just a few blocks to several metro stations including Bastille which gets you on the 1 (la defense) to the louvre and beyond.

weekend away”

Room was very small had good bathroom and comfortable bed, chair was too big. Could have replaced desk with narrow chest of drawers. Staff were charming and very helpful.

An oasis in the heart of the Marais”

Excellent location in the heart of the Marais.The courtyard is very nice an so is the lobby.The room is quiet large with good amenities. Excellent service throughout our stay.We will definitely return to this hotel next time we visit Paris.

Perfect Honeymoond Hotel”

Pavillon de la Reine was the perfect place to start our honeymoon - a stunning building in a beautiful square slightly back from the main tourist spots so a little quieter but within easy walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful - often going over and above what was required. The room, a junior suite, was pristine and comfortable and we were welcomed to it with a delicious chilled bottle of champagne complements of the manager as a honeymoon surprise! We made use of the gym and enjoyed the opportunity to relax in the courtyard and lounge areas with a cold drink from the honesty bar (a nice touch!) after a day's touring á pieds! We only had the cheese board on arrival but if the rest of the hotel is anything to go by I feel sure the breakfast and other food on offer would have been delightful, and if you don't want to order from the hotel, you are close to plenty of lovely little bistros and restaurants (Chez Janou is half a minute's walk around the back of the hotel and is definitely one to visit if you can!). All in all a wonderful place to stay and one I would recommend to anyone (and hope to return to one day!).

Relaxing Stay”

Overall a pleasant stay. The staff is courteous and helpful. Our first suite they placed us in was the attic suite which felt a bit cramped because of the angled ceiling. They were immediately helpful in placing us in an alternate suite which was more comfortable.

I love the hotel”

great position in Paris, its a beautiful hotel, has a real charm and elegance to it. the staff are excellent, very helpful and very professional. Its the sort of hotel you actually want to stay around in for a drink and relaxation - as the surroundings are superb - and you are very close to great restaurants, brassieres, bars and the best parts of Paris

Location was great, close to trains, cafes etc”

whilst the hotel was great, comfortable, quiet and in a good location at the end of the day it was just a bedroom and i am not sure it is worth the money. the spa was expensive but i must say it was the best massages i have ever had.

Quiet and charming”

The spa was fantastic. We were upgraded so we got a suite which was lovely. It had a separate lounge area which gave us a lot more room.

O hotel é lindíssimo, super bem localizado e tem um serviço de excelência! É um hotel 5 ⭐️!Outro ponto alto é a localização - Place des Vosges, no excelente bairro do Marais!Tudo no Marais parece ser um pouco melhor, sofisticado, elegante, mas sem nos deixar desconfortáveis com excessos de formalidade (oque não é o caso). A comida no hotel é muito boa, mas o cardápio não é tão variado. Isso, contudo, não é um grande problema, pois ao lado do Hotel já há excelentes Bistrôs e Cafés! Os quartos não são de um modo geral muito grandes, mas são lindos e têm tudo o que se precisa para passar momentos muito confortáveis. A cama é excelente, o jogo de iluminação permite deixar o quarto de várias formas e o banheiro é ótimo - chuveiro com ducha quente e excelente (box um pouco pequeno) e uma banheira muito relaxante! Adoramos tudo! Sem dúvida, foi nossa melhor estadia em Paris! Próxima vez, certamente ficaremos no Marais, perto da Place des Vosges e se for no Pavillon de la Reine, muito melhor!
