I booked this hotel from agoda three weeks before check inn date. On the day of check inn after long flight came to hotel staff said we cannot give you your booked room as agoda is giving us less amount and shifted me to other other. Then I complained agoda and agoda gave compensation 20% of booked amount. But first this should not have happened in first place. Hotel Management should donthese things before.
Very good hotel and worthy of trying.. many swimming pools and very good hotel in the middle of two mountains, the most important is : all included of whole day's food.
