The rooms are huge and so comfortable! Our room had a wonderful view of the blooming cherry blossom tree at Buddhist temple next door - so even when you can’t get out you can still enjoy the view.

Our family had a wonderful stay, all the staffs speak very well english and very helpful. I asked the receptions to call the taxi, they all were very helpful and taxi arrive so fast by 5-10 mins. I’m so glad we chose Mimaru for our stay in Kyoto. the location is great, in a quiet area but still find some restaurants and supermarket, mall, shops around in a 5-10 mins walk, and very close to Shijo station. Plus in reception area there is a complimentary coffee in the morning, and beers in the evening We will be back next year 😊

Lawson and 7-11 at the corner of the block. 5 minutes walk to shijo metro station. convenient. About 15 minutes walk to the famous food street. Staffs with nice manner and friendly. We book an apartment with 3bedrooms. One room with window so can look out the window and enjoy the view. This our family trip with 6 persons. Everyone is very satisfied and happy to stay here for our first visit to Kyoto. Would like to stay in Mimaru in other city.
