Staff with poor attitude and poor English standard!”
I have stayed for 3 nights. Overall image and the in-room facilities are nice. The only disappointment is that the 3rd morning when we go out in the morning, we tried to talked to the lady at reception, she seemed not able to understand English ( I can't speak Mandarin, but I can listen). We tried to talk to her in simple English, asking her no need to make up the whole room, simply give us new towels, shampoo and body wash. She presented in a very rude attitude and speak in Mandarin that "anyway, we will make up your room". She didn't listen to us properly and talked rudely to us. We did not want to ruin our holiday and just forgave her poor attitude. However, when we returned to the hotel at night, we found that the whole room was not being made up and nothing have been refilled in our room. Do you think this lady had done her job right? Nor did she representing her company's image properly?
