if you are looking cheap and clean place, this place is actually not bad. But the internet is really slow, almost unuse-able. There is a faster Wifi that use by the staff??? really? i saw most staff are like watching Youtube and playgame while the guest stuck with slow internet, i thought it's unreasonable.

The best part about this guest house is its location. It is only 20-30mins walk to the Bogyoke Aung San Market. Dont bother hiring a taxi to get there... dont waste your 2000kyat. It is definitely very secured because of the friendly security guard. It is also close to the night market where Thadingyut festival (Oct 2018) was held. Lotsa amazing local delicacies at that market. The worst part about this place is the cob web on the ceiling. I hope they can clean them all before any clients sleep there. Appreciate the staffs' friendliness and efforts in allowing us to check in early. Moses is really good at English. Overall stay was good. Definitely worth the price we pay!
Clean and comfortable”
Simple, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Location might not be good.
Friendly and very helpful staffs. They have public bathroom for you to shower after check out. The bed very comfy, the shower head holder got crack which caused it couldn't hold the shower head properly. Breakfast is ok. Overall the stay is very nice.
Whenever we are in Yangon we stay at this guesthouse mainly because of the staff. They are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They will help you with your travel plans, bus tickets etc. Our room was spacious and clean. We had our own bathroom and a mini fridge. The location is great - it's not far from Bogyoke Aung San Market and Sule Pagoda. There are also some places to eat right next to the guest house.
