CP值頗高的飯店應有盡有，出發前有事先註明要高樓層，入住時就被安排在23樓，往上一層樓就有露天戶外游泳池，更驚喜的是在所在房間窗戶往外看就看到吉隆坡塔，而且吉隆坡塔還有燈光效果很漂亮，飯店整體而言都不錯，唯一較美中不足的是會講中文的員工太少。

房間有小廚房，有鍋子碗盤可做簡易烹飪，還有洗衣機可以洗衣服，樓上有泳池也有健身房，可以看到吉隆坡塔，晚上夜景很美，吉隆坡塔就在飯店的後面一條路，走路10分鐘內可到，要去其他景點，從飯店直接坐grab也很快，下次來還會再住！

房間和設備不錯，但問題在員工”
房間大，裝潢時尚且設備齊全，尤其是有廚房冰箱跟洗衣機非常方便，備品也都蠻有質感的，游泳池跟健身房也維護的很好，且有免費交通車，雖然班次不多，但電梯是貨梯又沒有開冷氣所以很悶熱，走廊也有奇怪的味道，room service普通，而早餐不難吃但種類真的太少太少了，而最大問題來自員工，櫃檯人員友善且服務好，但房務人員超有問題，要任何東西你逮打三次以上的電話才會送來，且最快送來時間是2個小時以上……總之他的問題真的來自於人，要不然是個蠻好的飯店，至於地點的部分，他雖然離地鐵走路15分鐘，但離吉隆坡塔非常近走路就可以到了~總之Cp值還不錯，就看每個人的需求囉~

很美的套間”
因為帶著寶寶出遊, 所以特意選一間有煮食設施的酒店, 看了住戶評論都很好, 所以最後選了這酒店. 套間很整潔, 有煮食爐, 洗衣機, 家用式雪櫃, 照顧寶寶起居也很方便. 從酒店步行15分鐘就可以到雙子塔, 推著嬰兒車過去也很方便. 但附近沒有什麼商店, 只有一間7-11在旁邊的building內, 在酒店對出的Jalan P Ramlee 的Menara Hap Seng 有好幾家餐廳和Cafe, 我們在那裡吃早午餐. 酒店性格比高, 下次都會入住.

飯店距離雙子星塔近，步行約10分鐘可抵達，附近有mall 可用餐，用餐與購物方便。 6天住兩房一廳的房型，總體經驗不錯，性價比高。 只有點小瑕疵，有2天浴室沒有熱水，有2天房務人員說沒有沐浴乳，因此無法提供。 櫃台員工服務素質不一，有的盡職服務客人，有女性櫃台人員服務臉色不佳，一邊處理住房登記，一邊玩自己的手機。

這酒店的服務非常差，是我住過最差的酒店。前台服務員沒有笑容，說話語氣差，酒店網絡接收不穩定。我告訴他們網絡接收不到，他們說是我電話的問題，但我昨天在吉隆坡另一間酒店網絡接收非常好！找遍房間沒有風筒，打電話去服務台問他們態度差，他們說一定有。但他們也找不到，最後才拿給我們。在網上看評語已有不少人說酒店服務差，我也不以為意，怎料到真的這麼差。為旅程添上不愉快的經歷！

Hotel website pictures do not match with the real situation, the room is old, water leakage of the sink, the network often can not be used, the window next to the building next door, very oppressive. In addition to the first floor counter desk, the service staff are poor attitude, the reaction wifi does not work, has always been to answer "I have no idea", need help, but always told me "I dont know what you talking about." I hope everyone's travel, there is no such bad accommodation experience. 飯店網站圖片與真實狀況不符合，房間老舊，洗手台水管漏水，網路經常不能用，對外窗緊鄰隔壁大樓，非常有壓迫感。除了一樓櫃臺台，服務人員態度皆很差，反應wifi無法運作，只一直回答「I have no idea」，需要幫忙時，卻一直告訴我「I dont know what you talking about」。希望大家的旅遊，沒有這樣惡劣的住宿經驗。

第一次吃到覺得難吃的飯店早餐”
廚房很方便甚麼廚具都有，但是盤子上有油汙及抹布擦過的痕跡，碗盤餐具都有髒汙，洗衣機還有烘乾功能很方便，但是洗衣機裡面的毛屑很多。電梯裡連空調都沒有，搭乘時很悶很不舒服。房間很大，離Bukit Nanas要走10~15分鐘。走到雙子星約15~20分鐘。
