Nice comfy room balcony looks onto an empty field full of trees, not your typical 'Balcony in Thailand' . Pillows very hard and the linens were of a cheap quality as I slept alone I'm not sure if it was just me or they were very 'sweaty', the aircon was very loud and the neighbours TV could be heard in my bed. Stairs to the 4th floor very dated and in need of renovations. All in all for the money it was a good place to stay.

The place is 15 min drive from the centre. one way Grab cost around 115-150 TBH The shower was in a really bad condition. I don't think it wasn't clean, I think it's just too neglected and . I . old. The walls are dirty and there is mold all over the bathroom so I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower The staff that works at the counter is very nice and were very helpful!

Great value but a little out the way”
We stayed in OYO isleep before extending our stay in Chiang Mai and moving to OYO warmtel. OYO warmtel is very good value for money but it is a little far from the city centre and shops. Scooter ride into the city will be around 15 minutes. A scooter is a necessity. On the plus side it also means getting out of the city for exploring is easier.

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. For our customers to commute, we recommend to book a cab (either Taxi or Grab car) via mobile application or contact our receptionist. On the other hand, there are rental bikes and cars available at our place at cheap prices which attached in our 'Welcome' booklet in your room. Thanks for your comment. We have now improved our facilities, including maps and routes to easily get to the city centre both the old town and Nimmanhaemin Road, which normally takes only 15 minutes by car :)

エレベーターがないのが痛い。 4階までスーツケースを持っていくのは大変です。 チェンマイでバイク、自転車など利用して 一人旅などしたい人には向いていると思いいます。 アパートに長期滞在するんじゃ感覚ですね!

당일에 급하게 숙소를 옮기느라 어쩔 수 없이 잡은 호텔입니다. 그랩으로 님만에서 10-15분 정도 걸리지만 왔다갔다 하려면 지출이 큽니다. 렌트가 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다. 숙소 앞 keep in touch라는 카페를 제외 하면 갈만 한 곳은 없고, 그냥 시골이라고 보시면 됩니다. 2층 방에서 머물다가 바퀴가 나와서 4층으로 옮겼는데 룸 컨디션이 다릅니다. 4층이 훨씬 새 방이고 깨끗합니다. (이유는 모름) 에어컨 소음이 심하며 물이 튀기더군요.. 저처럼 방이 없어서 어쩔 수 없이 잡는게 아니라면 추천하지 않습니다. 저도 결국은 다른 숙소로 또 옮겼습니다. 한가지 좋은 점은 직원들이 매우 친절하고 매일 생수와 수건을 갈아줘서 서비스로 문제 삼을 일은 없습니다.

체인점이라 평타 이상은 칩니다 에어컨이 약하지만 선풍기도 있어서 같이 틀면 시원하긴합니다 에어컨민감하신분들은 피하는게 좋겠네요
