酒店本身位置很好，去那都方便，在一條小路上所以很安靜，不到半天想去幾個市區的地方都行完了，老板娘英文還可以，其他的有待加強了，員工有中國人中文溝通沒問題，早餐可能是口味問題，個人意見不吃也吧，咖啡也沒有的，下次可能會找別間的試試，因附近也有很多酒店。

這間酒店不能更改或取消 請大家慎重考慮 就算選了可以取消都是不能取消的”

這間酒店的提供早餐可以不食因為只是簡單的早餐只有方包干椰菜干炒蛋 酒店位置很近旅遊區 酒店提供免費泊車位車位充足自駕遊人士適合 但是房間比較污糟

酒店位置十分方便，一分鐘路程就可到地下購物街出入口，路口對面就是漁市場。

行置方便，但服務態度欠佳”

酒店設施舊，很多地方需要維修。房間門外需要更換燈泡，但酒店服務員表示因人手不足，著我們不需理會，需要明天才有維修人員來酒店更換，我們住了兩晚，臨走前仍未更換燈泡。

想去东门夜市的话这里非常合适”

位置很好，从机场坐公交车十分钟重要左右就到了。出门马路对面就是东门水产市场入口，继续往里走有卖橘子巧克力等其他特产的。夜市在东门市场八号门，排队的人很多。酒店前台是中国人，交流完全没问题。我们两个人住标准间，房间很大，有一张大床一张小床。，缺点是，室内窗户比较小，灯光也不太亮，化妆有点儿不方便。早餐是自助，面包，香肠，鸡蛋，浓汤，橘子汁。附近还有地下商场和七星购物街，晚上可以逛一下。总体来说，比较满意。这里适合第一天或最后一天住，如果想买特产的话，可以最后一天在这里住。

only near to Traditional market”

in terms of hotel, the workers not speaking English at all, breakfast not delicious, cold ham, cold fried eggs (even ontop of boiler) and not even have instant noodles as choice. however, Room is spacious! the Towel for showering is just a size of face towel.

Pros - seemed relatively close to a lot of the attractions (just like the other hotels in Jeju anyway...? Staff were friendly Rooms were dark to enable sleeping Rooms were warm due to heated floor mats Cons - where do we start...?! No staff available to checkin people. Insufficient staff to manage breakfast Insufficient staff to clean room properly Bathrooms had mouldy slippers Toilet fittings old and broken (efforts made to repair using sealant as glue...) Sink not connected to drain, water running onto floor from under the sink Insufficient large towels for guests Rooms difficult to maintain the comfortable temperature Rooms a bit noisy early in the morning In all, we would be happy to stay if we had paid a lesser price. But considering what you received, it was like paying for a set meal, and getting a side dish.

Good location”

Hotel location is everything- within walking distance to Dongmun Market, underground shopping centre, Night Market and just the opposite of Dongmun Fish Market. The desk staff is very friendly and helpful- and she understand simple English. The bad thing is that the phone number is incorrect/couldnt be traced via Korean Navigation provides by the car rental Company. We had to ask favor from the local to key in the hotel address in korean. Therefore, please update the phone number.

clean room”

staff was friendly, clean room. location is good nearby underground shopping area. about 10mins walk to dong mun market. Room was warm in the winter time, water heater was in function. But the breakfast is quite simple.. Consider a good stay. Will back again.

Near Dongmeng market”

Near dongmen market and pork street, underground shops. Jeju not so variety food compared to Seoul. The hotel breakfast same everyday, and too simply. Shd have sell or provide instant noodle to guests. Coffee and tea facilities not provided in room, not even common room for breakfast. (Need pay for coffee). Though Mart just few minutes away. Bathroom and have shower curtain. Towels too small , one room only given one ordinary size bath towel and some hand towels, not allowed to asked for extra ordinary size bath towels. Weird.

Great location, good value at discount ”

Very convenient location near Market, Port.. Etc. Staff is friendly with limited English (good enough) but a bit hard to come by. Overall good value for the money for the huge discount they offered.

Good location but poor customer service”

We arrived the hotel before 1pm and were asked to be back for check-in at 3pm. So we went out for lunch and come back around 2:15pm hopefully can check-in earlier if rooms were available, however, we found nobody at the receptions. We waited till 3:10pm still nobody. We tried calling the tel-no on the reception table but could not get through. We were unable to check-in. Around 3:20pm, a Korean couple arrived to check in and tried calling, finally 5 min later a Chinese lady (who looks like a housekeeper) come down to pass us the room keys. Throughout our 3 days stay, the reception hardly seen with anybody stationed there. It is more like a "self-service" hotel with no personal attention at all. The room for 2 person only provided with one bath towel and 2 face towels and the housekeeper told us it is like that. The breakfast served from 7am-9am only and everyday is the same simple menu. Other than location and probably its cost, there is nothing else worth recommending.
