我們住3房villa,內有夠大的泳池讓青少年嬉戲，整體規劃讓視野寬廣也方便使用，清潔度也很好，可以非常放鬆的渡假，如果早餐再更適合我們就完美了。

環境很棒，很有峇里島風，早餐很美味！但接駁車調度很差，等了至少20分鐘！最後我們自己提行李走到大廳！真的要改善！不然趕飛機會來不及！

這是一間高額收費但品質很差的飯店令人失望透了，我們入住的八人villa 房型，入住第一天棉被居然有血，而且其他房間的棉被都沒有舖好，感覺house keeping 做事很隨便，並且浴缸水溢出後沒有排水系統，造成水都溢到房間內了，硬體設施真是糟透，第二天早餐時又在食物區發現蟑螂在爬，整個早餐心情都沒了，飯店位置徧遠，離主要馬路有點距離，飯店腳踏車只租借到6:00pm 非常不友善的安排，這是一間高額收費，但低級服務設施的飯店，極度不建議入住

The outdoor restaurant seating area is subject to the native environment and hence extremely difficult to control all insects. We have a regular preventative pest control schedule to all areas of the villa complex. We do hope that overall you enjoyed your time in Bali.

We were a group of friends travelling to Bali and stayed in a 4 bedroom presidential villa. From arrival at Peppers Seminyak you are relaxed. Ambient surrounds, stunning landscaping and very attentive staff. Ketut remembers everyone’s names and all staff are so friendly. The shuttle/buggy is a great addition to get to and from your villa as the complex is so large. Very centrally located this is one of the best places to stay in Seminyak. For future bookings please ask where the villa is located that you will be staying in. Ours was 47 which was right on a busy road and scooters could be heard revving their bikes into the early hours of the morning which then started again at around 7am. If further into the complex then it will be peaceful and relaxing. The only negative of our stay was our proximity to that road. One side of the villa backed onto it and 2 rooms we had a difficult time sleeping. I would stay again, however ask for a more centrally located villa in the complex.

Arrived late evening around 11pm, sheets had stains, the large mirror in open plan living area was completely covered in mould, bed was not the best, had dips, woke up with sore back each morning. Staff were amazing, prompt with their service, they immediately sent staff over to change the stained sheets. Towels were old and looked tired. Overall felt it was not value for what I was charged

Would absolutely recommend Peppers, the staff go above and beyond and the facilities are beautiful and spacious. Only issue was that we didn't have hot water in 2 of the bathrooms for a couple of nights (not really an issue as it was room temp aka 30 degrees celsius)

It’s really convenient in Seminyak and close to the actions and lots of nice restaurants. However the bathtub had a rusty drain that we dare not to use. Other than that it’s fine

Enjoyed the 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Huge living/dining room & the swimming pool was of decent size. Ala carte breakfast was ok. Service by the hotel staff wasn’t consistent. Some of them lacked enthusiasm while the others were great and go all out to make our stay a pleasant one.

Can not fault this place!! Safe and secure off the Main Street, yet so close to all the shops, restaurants and beach. Buggy service provided was a huge hit for the kids who got tired from walking. Service were so friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back for sure

We stayed at Peppers for 7 nights in a group of 8 (middle aged couples) and found It a really great stay overall! The staff are wonderful and location cannot really be beaten as you are close to everything without being on the main roads of Seminyak. We stayed in the presedential villa and the villa, although slightly dated in some areas, is wonderful and met our every need. It is not far away from requiring a polish but that’s if I am being picky. The breakfast area and food, public pool and lobby all are amazing and all looks recently refurbished. I’d recommend some water bottles in the rooms / be prepared for short walks if you do stay here. Overall it’s a great stay with lovely staff and I would recommend for all varieties of people / groups. Liam

Breakfast is amazing set menu but able to be tailored to individual tastes. So nice to sit down together and be served rather than the traditional hustle of a buffet. Walking distance to most sites. Staff went over and beyond to make stay perfect.

Our family had a fabulous holiday at Peppers. The staff were so lovely and nothing was too much for them. We had problems with the villas when we arrived and we were immediately moved to other villas.

Peppers is a very nice villa in Seminyak area. Just walk in a distance to the Seminyak square and near to many restaurants. In oder that, cleanliness the villa and cleaning service staff should be improved. The floor is still so many dust. In overall, i'm quite satisfied with Peppers. Thank you.

I will definitely be back. The villa was amazing, staff were all very polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and delicious. The location is great for shopping, access to great restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a villa in Seminyak this is perfect. It has 2 street access depending of which direction you wanted to head to. A buggy can take you out to the main road in both directions (you will need to walk back to the resort).

I stayed with my family for 3 nights in 4 bedroom villa. We had absolutely excellent experience and premium service. Thanks to all staff of peppers who saved no effort to make our stay memorable. The staff are so kind. Food was great and service was superior. The villa was so great and relaxing which really made us to spend most of our time enjoying its facility and great pool with privacy. I do recommend peppers to any family wants to have great isolated moments while the actions of seminyak are within walking distance. This property will be my first choice when i came back to bali. Thanks Peppers for everything.
