There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy in the swimming area by the pool, and there is internet as well as cable TV with many channels. In the garden on the 1959 m2 large plot there is the possibility to use swings and sandpit just as there is a large terrace, which invites to barbecue and sunbathing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
