      机场附近住宿的不错选择”

      距离机场10分钟车程,普通标间的床也很舒服,早餐很丰富

      标准的5星级,不用多说。价格略高,预订时发现比市区同等的酒店还要贵一些。 几点可说的: 1)自助早餐很好,竟然还有包子而且味道不错; 2)预订时没有注意选择包含机场接送的打包价,结果单程的接机收了我1060卢比,还是在退房时才知道; 3)因为是为了去南面的阿格拉看泰姬陵和阿格拉堡,早出晚归且不去市区,所以选择住这儿。如果主要是为了去市区玩,不太推荐,除非是赶早班飞机想多睡一会,也不用担心堵车; 4)附近没什么可逛的,但有不少餐馆,选择还不少。

      靠近机场”

      服务不错

      毕竟是雷迪森酒店,当然不会差了,各方面都不错,酒店的自助餐也不错,spa也不错,房间的无线信号也非常好,而且免费,早上酒店还有免费的专车送到机场,非常贴心。值得入住

      雷迪森就是雷迪森”

      豪华的酒店,毗邻机场

      从机场出来车程约五分钟,在印度炎热的街头看到雷迪森真的让人顿时感到清凉。房间和设施都是一流的,服务人员的态度也无可挑剔。泳池很棒,spa也很专业,自助早餐很丰富。总之是令人称道的五星酒店。

      All that glitters...”

      After a poor intro 1st time stayed, it was made up for by lovely staff and had a great stay. As I was told to do, I alerted the hotel that I was coming again and they still managed to put me in a room with drilling going on above, despite asking particularly for a quiet room. One or 2 things maybe ok, but then a number of things kept not working, not delivered as said would, including fridge not working 3 times...after it was changed twice in 2 rooms - a new room due to drilling restarting after they said they would stop it. ATM not working..ok for me to use card everywhere but maybe not for other foreigners with big foreign fees - had to pay each thing separately due to 'package' I was on. Nice manager listened sympatheticaly but still, for 5 star hotel and the cost, one could expect better, particularly due to my history. The 2nd room was also just able to cool off - 23oC when set at 10oC

      Good location for an overnight transit stay. Excellent service at Rception and Concierge on both check-in and check-out. Excellent amenities in the room; very comfortable. Restaurant was good, if not outstanding, for both dinner and breakfast. Again restaurant staff were helpful and attentive.

      Convenient and close to airport”

      It is my regular hotel when in Delhi. Staff are helpful and friendly and rooms well appointed. Beds are comfortable. The buffet breakfast is very varied. Last time big complaint was arriving late and tired, to be shown to a room which was unmade and smelt of smoke, even though non smoking. Bed linen all over the place and completely messy. Had to go back to desk and get a new room. Very unprofessional and not up to standard for this to happen in 5 star hotel. I will still go back there, but this put a dint in my regard for Radisson.

      Facilities good staff bad airport pickup bad checkin bad deposit taking very very bad.”

      They take foreigners for a ride very bad service . The manager never rang me in spite of me ringing everyday. They took the deposit twice I settled with cash they never refunded the money.

      You will have what you expect from 5 Star Hotel ”

      In India, may times the stars of some hotels are misleading. In this sense, I would recommend Radisson Blu Plaza as this hotel will give you what you expect from 5 star hotel at 5 star price. Room was clean and staff was kind. Restaurants and spa were costly, but was offering 5 star hotel service & quality as you would have from 5 star hotels such as Hyatt or Hilton.

      not flexible at all, very money orientated even for Carlson members ”

      Excessive food costs, which match the price of the room per night, half the hotel seems to be closed the areas which are open are satisfactory, the customer service is more orientated to Airline staff and fast travellers, one night is enough, breakfast is very busy - seating is not optimal and seems very disorganised, the food is ok but not the best for a Raddison Hotel. All in all, dont expect any concessions or assistance if they default on not collecting you from the airport or failing to miss your emails, they will always have a excuse and that will be something you did, they most they will do is offer you a 20% discount in the cafe, on already poor rated food, all in all better of staying in Aerocity and get the competitive service from the hotels, this one is now becoming outdated.

      Staff just couldn't get it”

      The front desk just couldn't handle a group. From airport pick up confusion even with all the information in hand to the confusing with reservation it was a nightmare. They tried to help but the systems are not adaptable. It took over 1.5 hours to check out my group as online reservations does not match the computer at the hotel. It is antiquated system that needs fixing and the staff needs better training. Facilities are nice but got sick eating at the Tai restaurant. I think the duck was bad. And it was very formal. But better service at the Tai restaurant than most. In India it seems you extremes of very good service or really bad service at restaurants. There is no in-between

      Very Impressed ”

      The room was spacious and clean! Staff super friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and service impeccable. The Great Kabab Factory is a must try! They had a Rajasthani menu during our stay and the food was out of this world. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay here again.

      Staff service and room condition was bad ”

      No shampoo,body shampoo in room ! Requested and took so long to deliver! After that, realised no toothbrush. Luckily I brought along, else will take forever again. Room was smelly. Internet connection limited to 3 devices and even though disconnect existing device, cannot connect new one as already in cache. Food in room restaurant was expensive than my experience in Delhi and Gurgaon yet taste not as good
