Wonderful find in Yilan”
I choose the higher end resort RSL because all the other spring resorts looked too crowded. It was an excellent decision. They delivered top notch service plus the resort is beautifully designed with 15 pools including hot and cold springs. It was not at all crowded providing a very peaceful and relaxing time in the pools. I was told by another guest that RSL is the only resort that controls who enters the pools as other resorts allow outside guests and the pools get very crowded. The staff helped us with restaurant recommendations, arranging taxis and responded immediately to our requests while staying at the resort. This resort is definitely a great find in Yilan and we will return.

We spent a night here on a trip to the east coast and we were glad we did. THe pools are very clean and have a nice variety. A lot of families, and it is really good for them, but as a couple, they were not a bother to us. THe rooms are well appointed and clean, a very helpful staff, is in a great location with access to the town, and we really liked the b-fast as it was simple but delicious...appreciated it wasn't one of those buffets that have everything but nothing is good. Highly recommend

Firstly, the staff at this location was top notch. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. This truly made our stay a 5 star experience. Secondly, the cleanliness of the facilities was amazing. How do they keep all of the pools so clean!? We enjoyed every moment we had here. We will definitely be booking a room here if ever in Taiwan again. P.S. the double bath room was perfect!

Resort away from big city for leisurely stay; nice pool and center court”
The room we stayed is a Japanese tatami style room with two large bathtubs for both cold and hot springs. It is relatively rare to find such two-tub room in Yi-Lan area. We enjoyed soaking in the tubs after getting back from a hiking trail. However, we did not try to go to the rooftop naturist hot spring (extra charge per person) since there was very little detailed description of the facility/cost on the website. Friends told us to save the extra expenses for seafood in a fishing port nearby. October may be an off season for the hotel. It was very quiet and we did not see many guests when we stayed there. Friendly and well-trained staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff; limited but tasty dishes at the restaurant; great selection of cold, cool and warm mineral and normal pools and spa pools; very quiet surrounds - small village but beautiful mountain scenery. Overall a nice place to spend a super-relaxing weekend lounging by the pools and reading a good book :-) Will recommend to friends and colleagues

We were fortunate to visit the RSL Resort on a weekday, a week after Double Ten holiday, the resort was virtually empty, so the experience might be different on the weekend or on a holiday. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, from checkin to checkout. The facility itself is topnotch and well kept. I highly recommend the RSL Resort.

Staffs were very friendly and very efficient when needed them. Room was big and clean, the only down point is that the air con of the room wasn't that cold and the bed sheet are a little rough. Breakfast was served well and it's good to have drinks vouchers for us to chill at their bar area.

飯店位置離蘇澳市區很近，走路約5分鐘。中庭有冷熱泳池，晚上會點很多蠟燭，坐在池邊很有氣氛。入住和式房乾淨舒服，不過室內浴池高度有點高，有提供溫泉和冷泉，早餐還不錯。飯店服務人員親切，但入住所別的塑膠手環，不能取下，封口處很利容易刮到身體，很危險，請飯店可以注意一下。

完全的放鬆，享受尊榮”
已經第二次造訪，兩次都是選用一泊二食、雙湯泉的方案，光是待在飯店中，就能夠得到完全的放鬆，除了飯店得天獨厚的冷熱溫泉，飯店還有各式湯池與泳池、課程活動，此外，飯店的餐食也是有一定水準，能夠好好的放空，所以這次造訪自從check in之後，就一直到check out才出飯店，這次的經驗和第一次造訪的經驗相差不大，以後還會再規劃造訪
