Well placed, near two big hotels, Ritz and Continental, great vue from room, good staff , good breakfast
Nice area and quiet”
not too clean, and smells strange in the bath room”
the first day when we checked in,we found a sock under the curtain, yes one SOCK！i think this is really weird ,at least which shows that the staff didnt clean it carefully.the worst thing is that, the bath room smells so bad, which the bad smell seems comes from other rooms,it's really discusting.
Great breakfast, good location, satisfied”
Older world charm. Modern however...v. clean
Very good hotel in Lisbon”
Helpful staff,nice room,good location
This hotel is located near Edward VII Park, just 3minutes walk from Avenida Liberdade (Liberty Avenue). Our room was on the fourth floor, view to the park.clean and tidy, air con,tv channels in english language, free wifi!this time we just stayed only a night, but next time if we back to Lisbon, definitely come back here!absolutely worth that price!
Good location ”
Good location. Free wifi
Ok for sleeping. Nothing else”
Friendly staff, pleasant lobby, reception staff speaking English
The hotel is about 30 minutes walking from the historic center. Our room was very small (12 m2; 130 sqft) with back-yard view. The bathroom designer deserves severe punishment, since he crammed a bath tub, full size sink, toilet bowl and a bidet in 2 m2 (21 sqft). There is no space to turn around, or sit on the toilet unless you anorexic. The single elevator (nominal capacity 6) is slow and be prepared to wait a long time in peak hours. Breakfast doesn't change, but is ok. Dining room staff speaks sub-rudimentary English only. Lisbon is great, but I won’t bother with this hotel the next time.
It's a comfort stay.”
centrally located, friendly staff, easy access to public transport
Overall the stay is ok as I did not spend much time in the hotel. However, you gotta be patience when waiting for the elevator as the elevator is too small and slow. Afterall, it's a comfort stay with the leisure park located just right in front of the hotel.
Short and unpleasant. Lights didn't work. Bathroom design ludicrous. Breakfast buffet substantial but mediocre in quality.
Price, cleanliness, friendly
Great price for a clean, comfortable hotel. Quick, efficient, helpful staff. Good location, near metro station, walking distance to downtown Lisbon. Easy access to airport.
Great Location, centrally located”
Attentive reception, modern, clean, great breakfast biffet
would definately be back.
Ideal for our business trip.
Good hotel and worth for money”
Best location near city center
We had a good time in Lisbon staying at Sana Rex hotel. The location is perfect very close to city center. The taxi stand is just outside the hotel at the entrance. Good location for sightseeing as well because you get the tourist bus at the city center. There should be some more variety in breakfast.
bad location, ultra small room”
we arrived at the hotel at 5:30am and told we would have to come back later (understandable of course) we came back, checked in. that night the wifi did not work at all. i went down to the lobby, but it didn't work there either, but was told i would still have to pay some euros to use there desktop they have set aside. doesn't seem right. the room was the smallest room i can recall ever staying in, barely suitable to sleep in.
Great concierge service”
Friendly and helpful concierge service, nice and decent rooms
The only concierge that offers help with our luggage and calling a taxi cab in our entire trip. Room is nice and cozy but poor bar service. Difficult to grab a bite after 10 p.m. and bar was unmanned.
our honeymoon is soo good, our room is very good. we had so late airplane, and we want to delonge our room, but they can'to do it, because the hotel no free rooms, but they can stayed out luggage for the day. and we don't pay anything for our luggage!
