地理位置非常好去哪都方便👍房間乾淨舒適，隔音方面沒有像評論說的那麼糟，住三晚都非常安靜也沒有聽到地鐵聲或吵雜，唯一美中不足就的是入住採自助式..詢問飯店人員也只會引導你使用平板並不會協助辦理哦。平板語言日文/英文雖然剛開始有點小碰壁但實際操作下來還是可行的，並不會到非常困難。來澀谷玩非常推薦入住👍👍👍

Check in方式有夠爛 非常不直覺 自己操作會浪費超多時間在輸入基本資料 房間部分 裡面地毯邊角都有積很厚的灰塵 不知道是否有認真在打掃 以及房間地毯有發霉 真是不敢置信 早餐的部分 生菜沙拉蠻不新鮮的可以選擇的餐點有點少 另外最不敢相信的是飯店的隔音有夠差 時不時都聽到旁邊地鐵的聲音以及外面車輛經過的聲音 另外週五晚上還會有樓下開趴聲音的bonus喔 浴室的設計不太優 沒有足夠的置物空間

房間小到無法置信!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
去年就預約並期待入住本飯店，終於盼到入住日。check-in均採自助登錄資料，但是需輸入的資料一大堆，過程繁瑣。 由於是家庭旅遊，訂了2間房，事前也已多次發信告知，希望房間能在鄰近位置，結果，一間房在8樓、一間房在16樓…。 最後，我真的被房間的大小嚇到（房號：1822），我到過日本少說也10幾次，也住過小的房間，但是，這飯店房間的小真的是嚇到我，不誇張，走道連一個登機箱都無法完全展開，勉強在門口的位置才能攤開，更別說是我那29吋的行李箱。床旁邊的走道，是無法讓兩個人錯身而過的。 飯店的地理位置跟質感都很好，但是服務人員的冷漠、房間的大小，還有極差的隔音，都讓我下次不會在選擇入住，也不會推薦周遭親友入住的一家飯店。

位在原宿與涉谷的交界處，離知名十字路口走路不用十分鐘，樓下大型購物商場加上鄰近各大知名酒吧、咖啡廳等（他們家自己也有 CAFE & BAR 同樣很讚），超方便 因為 check-in 是自動機器處理，所以注意如果是看了 IG 的照片來的，可能無法都面向經典的草皮廣場。房間內大小可且空間舒適，備品隨時可自行增補，櫃檯人員服務十分好

很新穎的飯店，離澀谷大十字路口很近，澀谷橫町也在附近，晚上還有酒吧，對喜歡夜生活或小酌的人很友好。不過自助check-in真的不人性化很難操作，想直接在櫃檯跟工作人員check-in竟然還不行，不能理解

價格太貴。住宿品質也不夠好。”
優點是地理位置和窗外風景。床算好睡。 缺點是全室使用地毯，不僅拖行李不方便，也容易有髒污。房間內照明不夠，裝潢和配備只有2-3星的程度，房價卻是5星級。以後不會再選擇住宿了。

很新的飯店，離車站也很近，熱鬧好逛。 住房必須自助登入，對第一次住房的旅客比較困擾， 房間設施很新穎，但空間超小。甚至只能打開一件行李，因為就在鐵路旁，所以會一直聽都火車鐵路聲。怕吵的旅客可能要考慮。

不知道是哪出了問題,因為是自助Check in,明明訂的是中型雙人房,也刷卡付款了,但進房後卻是一般雙人房,價錢有差,大小有差,入住感覺有有差,但當天實在太累,也忘記詢問,之後如果想住的要注意這點! 位置雖不錯,但在大車站旁邊,鐵路上電車頻繁,雖有氣密窗,但電車聲還是難免,若對聲音敏感的要注意 住的房間不是面對公園,但意外看的到富士山,是一大驚喜!

很新的飯店，整體還算不錯”
自助入住方面的問題，都還蠻簡單的，也有服務人員幫忙。房間維護就令人有些失望，衣櫥的門是壞的，我把它修好了、地毯像是剛被拉扯過亂亂的，讓人感覺房間不整潔。他的打掃是兩天一次，需要注意，其他的部分我覺得體驗很好。浴缸是我看過相當大的尺寸，用起來很舒服。晚上的噪音我沒有什麼感覺，難免會有些聲音但不影響睡覺。整體來說住得相當舒服。
