总的来说，性价比还是可以的，酒店新开一年多，环境和设施都比较新，房间感觉也相对比较大，也很干净。房间基本都在19层以上，景色都比较好。唯一不足的是，房间的信号不是很好，网速比较慢 酒店外便利店，药店都比较齐全，交通也很便利，很适合旅游的时候选择。

Close to the train station for travelers moving around on rail. For business travelers who travel by car, not the best parking options. But, very clean and great views.

I had the opportunity to stay here for 1 night, very close to Shimbashi station as well as a number of other lines. Amazing sunset views of Tokyo and Mt Fuji from the lobby. Room was compact but well appointed, with a super comfortable bed. I especially appreciated the separate bathtub and washing space, which many Tokyo hotels lack. Service was courteous and professional. I could only imagine that if it wasn't for Covid, the lobby restaurant and bar would have been much more lively, and would have made it feel more festive during this holiday season.

I stayed at top floor, can see Sky-tree. Opposite side room can see Tokyo-tower. Room has a big window, no blocking building, so you can overlook Tokyo night view from your room.

Lovely View and Strategic Place”

If you ever come to Tokyo, this would be one of the best hotel. The lobby already on 18th floor, so, basically, you will see the best view. North or South, both ends have great view to offer. Enjoy!!

Everything is good like location, beds, bathroom, breakfast and so on. But I felt little bit sad. Cause one front desk lady started sanitizing as soon as I rose from lobby sofa.

Amazing Location, Clean and Amazing Staff”

Cons: No microwave in rooms even at their designated laundry/vending machine and ice room. Would be nice to warm up food that you buy from convenience and grocery stores. Need closet space in smaller rooms. Would be nice to have refillable container for shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than having those small containers, it will be great for the environment. MANY Pros First: Location, Location, Location!!!! 3 minute walk from Shimbashi Station with at least 4 lines including the mostly used Yamanote line (even has an indoor underground access across the street to avoid rain), 3 minute walk to Ginza (2 blocks or just cross the train tracks) about 4 blocks to the street where they close the famous High End shop street on Sundays, Donki Ginza is 5 minutes walk, countless combinis (even have Lawson on second floor) Ichi**n, the famous ramen shop is just accross the Shimbashi station and the upscale version of the ramen place in Ginza is also few blocks aways.

Excellent Biz hotel”

This hotel is well located, 5min to Shimbashi JR and it is very convenient if flying via Haneda airport. Room is pretty big compared to a similar priced one in Shinjuku. Food is everywhere and there are even 24hrs eatery and a Lawson right beside it. Internet speed is good, shower is ok (it has a bathtub cum standing shower). Love it!
