Excellent Staff and Location”
I have stayed in this hotel many times when I visited Bangkok. Every time has been a very pleasant stayed. The hotel is located very close to the mall/hotel Terminal 21, shops, restaurants, entertainments, MRT and BTS. It’s very convenient to hop on MRT and BTS. BTS Asoke stations is a few steps away from the hotel. All the staff (Executive Lounge, Seasonal Taste, and Zest Bar & Terrace) were friendly, helpful, and courteous. Everyone always had a smile on their face. The staff has never disappointed me. Everyone at the Zest Bar & Terrace (Bow, Mook, May, Ann, Kam, I missed another person, she also works in the evening she wasn’t there on my last night) were always friendly and courteous to me and my friends. I always had a great experience with this hotel. The hotel is extremely busy during Christmas and New Year holidays. The Executive Lounge is always crowded and busy around that time. If you are SPG/Marriott Platinum member, you should expect a crowded lounge during the holiday.

Excellent Staff and Location”
I have stayed in this hotel many times when I visited Bangkok. Every time has been a very pleasant stayed. We had a pleasent time surrounded by lovely staffs. We felt comfortable and convenience by hotel high standard and A+location. Lobby located on 7th floor but we felt impressed about seperate elevator will be just for the guests who stay due to the pandamic situation it was perfect. I've stayed in this hotel the past several years. The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. This place got crowded during the holiday. The property can improve the club lounge to accommodate more guests. The lounge is a little small and during the holiday rush, it got so crowded that some guests had no space to sit. It would nice for management to enlarge the club lounge to accommodate the guests. Overall, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel,good location,near BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Easy to reach from Airport Link. Special thanks to building manager (Ms M-sorry forget yr name),that is handle with fast of my room problem (leaked in bathroom) and give me upgrade room that is nice,and also give some Thailand snack at that time. Just steps from Terminal 21 and Asok BTS. The room was spotless, and the staff was generally great. The only complaint I have relates to the Seasonal Tastes. The breakfast buffet is overpriced compared to what it offers, food is taken away abruptly (almost militantly) at exactly 10:30 even if you are still getting up to get a buffet item, and the staff in the restaurant didn't seem as interested in making it a positive experience. Otherwise, overall a great stay, but next time I'd just skip their restaurant and head outside as there are so many choices.

Thi trip met my every expectation despite being located in the busiest side of town. Entertainment, food, beverage, Asok BTS, ladyboys, and as always most importantly a 7-Eleven were all within 1min walking distance of the hotel. Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ)”
I recently did my ASQ and I had an extremely pleasant stay at Westin Grande. It was great to say the least. The service was impeccable and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The food was delicious, good range of menu to choose from everyday. When you spend 24 hours in the room, this is the kind of experience you want to get from your ASQ. The only thing I dislike about my stay was the TV ; it's a smart TV but they configured it as such that you are not able to access Netflix or YouTube on it, just connected to a box with preset channels such as CNN, HBO, etc. But it doesn't matter much to me as I have my mobile devices and the hotel wifi is up to standard. If I ever have to quarantine again, I would definitely choose to go back to Westin.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 15 years and thoroughly recommend it. If possible stay on the Executive Floor and enjoy all it has to offer. The staff are well trained and responsive to needs including local restaurant bookings. I would not stay anywhere else in Bangkok

Room was spacious. Breakfast was great. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. Next to Asok BTS station and Sukumvit subway station. Right next to Terminal 21 shopping mall which has everything you need for shopping and food.
