The owner and staff is very very nice. He help us to rent a bicycle and delivery our luggage to the bus station with no charge. The owner cannot communicate in English but he try to help us in every way, I am so impress. The house has a great view, room was clean. I love it here ;)

We had a good time at this homestay. Boss and Staff are super friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the room AC but was fixed immediately and came back to a cold room. View was great and the breakfast set prepared is just awesome. All handmade by the Boss himself and the help from the super cheerful staff. Clean and Simple!! Nice!

Service excellence beyond language barrier”
Despite us speaking no Mandarin and our host no English, he took great efforts in using a translating app to help us to our room, where to eat and most specially travel directions around Sun Moon Lake and trips to Puli. Local knowledge that was better than what Google recommended. The inclusive breakfast was delicious and healthy with ample portions. On our departure for Taichung, our host even went as far as flagging down the bus that failed to stop for us at the bus station. Great service!

Never met such a friendly and helpful host before”
The stay at this place was one of the highlights of my trip to Taiwan. The host was incredibly and genuinely nice, welcoming and accommodating. He drove us to the bus station when it was raining, prepared a most amazing breakfast and random fact: even helped me cut open my pineapple I bought at the supermarket.

Really friendly host and our room had a million dollar view of the lake! The room was really clean and cozy, and they made us really good breakfast and even asked if we needed refill for the already hearty meal!

ที่พักสะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบ เจ้าของดูแลดีมาก น่ารัก อาหารเช้าอร่อยได้เยอะ สามารถขอเพิ่มได้ ตอนจะไปขึ้นรถกลับไทจง เจ้าของก็ขับรถไปส่ง จุดขึ้นรถ ด้านหลังที่พักมีทางลัด เพื่อเดินไปที่sky walk จากโรงแรมสามารถเดินไปที่ท่าเรือ shishe ใช้เวลาประมาณ 10-15 นาที

1. 工作人員皆非常親切 2. 房間非常舒適、乾淨、皆大窗 3. 民宿有電梯很棒（雖最高樓層要爬一樓，但有無敵美景當運動無礙） 4. 窗外風景很美、日出很美 5. 不用花大錢去住飯店湖景房 6. 早餐還不錯，工作人員也會一直關心要不要再加食物和飲料 可惜沒有陽台，不過窗戶還算乾淨拍照還可以接受⋯ 然後環湖步道就在樓下，直接出門拍也很方便啦⋯ 下次來日月潭會想再入住👍
