Fantastic location: just on the MTR station exit, strategically situated between Taipei 's most popular areas (Ximending, Xinyi Business district). Very clean rooms, even better than the photos. Because of the design they feel bigger than what they really are. Friendly staff, will help with almost everything. Wifi is really fast. Breakfast is decent. The only cons are that there is only one elevator for the whole hotel and that the rooms aren not enough soundproof. Overall great hotel staying experience.

Hotel 73 has a nice website and after viewing it I decided to book the room there for one night. The decision was prove to be smart when I was in Taipei. Although the hotel itself was not located very close to metro station, it is still interesting to pass the famous Zhongzheng Memorial Hall each time when I was about to returen to the hotel. The square is quiet and there is some little restaurants around the hotel and there is s Starbucks just 5-minute-walk away! Free breakfast is nice and if you have lots of luggage, the staff can arrange the card to send you to the airport.

Overall, it is avery nice and new hotel with afunny deco. the location is not bad considering it is next to DOngmen station , quite in a middle of Da'an district and Ximending district. There is the Da an Park just next as well as one Din TAi Fung restaurant.so perfect! :) The staff was really helping and friendly. tehy speak quite a good english. the room was very clean and this is much appreciated though it was a bit small but over a weekend - for a few nights - it is definetely ok. however, we had a room with windows but it seems that most of them do not! that looks a bit overpriced then for those then. and ours was street view.during the weekend it was fine , but on monday morning , when start busy weekdays, the noise was loud.... seems that you need to make a choice : no window and quiet or window but noisy :) Overall, the hotel is very good for few days (like for a weekend escapade ) or for fancy business trip (wake up early basically). i would not stay for a whole week of holidays

Love the comfortable bed n pillows. We slept soundly without body pain or itchiness. The weather was cool when we were there. The toilet is clean n has non-slippery flooring. They hv Japanese bidet atyle Toiletries were replace daily. Self help laundry cleaning n drying at the hotel rooftop(only 1 machine each) which is coin operated. For Muslims travellers pls bring paper plates n utensils so u cud still enjoy your free breakfast of bread butter, fruits n drinks. It's a small but cosy away from the busy shopping area. Across the hotel entrance u can buy roasted sweetpotatoes n chestnuts n steamed peanuts. N if u standing at the hotel entrance facing the road u wil see inside the lane a shop w Chinese words tat says 'UNCLE Ma's Shaobing shop'. They hv the best halal beef noodle. Best dumpling soup n best Taiwanese rice curry n within budget wallet.

The place take some time to find but its situated inside a building located at 8th floor. Dongmen station exit 6 (Staircase) or 7(elevator), walk around 5 minutes search for the place in a building will do. Public transport just a road across from the building while mrt is right of the building. For this trip, I've booked a quad room with shared bathroom (double bed bunk bed). When i checked in, they said the room the overbooked, so they upgraded me from 5 single bunk bed room to a twin bed room with washroom. The place feels modern and comfortable. I recommended this place!!!!

I was looking for a good hotel in Taipei and many were overpriced or looked dirty and old then I stumbled across this one. I booked it immediately after hours of searching, thinking it would be far from city centre or there’s no way it could cost this little or maybe they used misleading pictures. Until I got there, fortunately I was wrong, not only was it close to the station almost in the middle of all the touristy areas, it was also exactly like the pictures!!!!! I didn’t get a chance to try the room service but prices and choices were great too, would love to come back and try it next time.

Had a great 7 nights, 8 days stay at Saual Keh Hotel, the breakfast in the morning though simple was good and adequate to start the day!! the hotel staff were really nice, and answer all our queries, the hotel is near the famous lu rou fan and shida night market!! the mrt is located nearby and ximending (taipei's famous shopping district) was only two stops away! love the carpeted floor and the decor of the hotel. the bathroom had a bathtub with glass door so that the toilet floor dont get wet, you can also control the toilet's ventilation system. the beds were abit hard, but still really comfortable for sleeping! the hotels come equipped with free wifi and there were many channels on tvee to chose from!! overall awesome hotel for such a price!!

The best thing about Uinn Travel Hostel is its being clean, comfy, spacious enough and complete! Loved the cute and yellow lobby decors! We stayed in a room for 2 and everything we needed was there - nice bed, nice shower and complete amenities It didn't feel like staying in a hostel at all! The 10-minute walk from Chiang Kai Shek Mem. Hall station did not feel like a chore at all, specially with the nice, cool weather. Staff spoke good english and was helpful with resto recos around the vicinity. It's one of the cleanest hostels we've been through and one of the best so far! Will definitely stay here when we come back to Taipei.

I stayed at this hotel on my way to and on my way back from mainland China. The second stay was for nearly a week. This is a marvelous boutique hotel in the Zhongzheng district, within walking distance of Yongkang Street and the Chiang Kaishek memorial hall. The hotel is very modern (my companion said it has the cleanest and most modern washroom she has seen), the staff are very helpful, and the breakfast buffet is really excellent. I will definitely stay there again next year.

Everyone that we had contact with was courteous, friendly, helpful, and honest. My son left his passport under the pillow when we left the hotel for airport. As soon as the cleaning crew found it, LiYuan's front desk called our taxi driver, so that we were able to repossess his passport in time. On another occasionsin, my daughter, who lived in another hotel at the time, got sick when she came to visit us. I meant to buy some porridge for her, but the kitchen staff graciously gave her two bowls. After consuming the porridge and an hour of rest,She regained her strength and felt a lot better. We also love the little dinner area with freshly cooked breakfast every morning. The dinning staff was knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us spent-thrift suggestions for sight-seeing. The front desk personnel so are always attentive and accommodating. They tirelessly answered all my questions. Thank you for introducing the pineapple cake store across the street. The only reason I am not rating LiYuan a five-star hotel is because there's no place for our visitors to sit in the lobby. While The comfy double beds are big enough for Asian Asians, but they are a little small for two Western-raised Asians to sleep in. Nevertheless, we learned to manage and enjoyed our one week stay at LiYuan Hotel.

Taiwan, if not what big style remarkable scenery, but always in the small details, or kinds of everyday life, there are charming scenery, bring people close, surprise, warmth and moved. Live in here, will feel very comfortable. On the one hand is the go to Taiwan to travel, but on the other hand, is in a convention of two years ago, with Taiwan's friends together. I, in this season of sunshine and rain mixed with nearly nine days time, experience the island's special charm. In kaohsiung with Taiwan friends, in the south of the border to see the sea, at the edge of the Pacific, in hou adit met meow star, in Kim tong has put the sky lanterns, linger in the night market in Taipei,.Boss's service is very good also, give a person feel very cordial, help us to booked charter, also recommend our food nearby, good good, hee hee. To meet such a good boss is lucky, and hope that the future can be as lucky as today.It is perfect.
