Great location as 3 minutes walk from airport so no transport required there and great links to other parts Denmark. There is a free shuttle to Legoland/ Lalandia, Legohouse and centre of Billund. Modern relaxing hotel, decent continental buffet. Family friendly with selection of board games, colouring pencils and pictures and Lego. Easy baggage storage after checkout. Staff accommodated a fan for the rooms as temperature was never less than 26 degrees outside during our stay but rooms were very comfortable with the fan, temperature and also bedding wise. Only downside is there was no fridge or kettle in the room. Has access to microwave, kettle in dining area for warming baby food/ milk though.

It's great”
Since the busses to everywhere are at the airport, the hotel is actually best placed to be in for the visit. It's nice, cool, clean. The inly problem is that Denmark is so expensive, so was the hotel...

Great location, horrible beds”
If you want a close location to the airport, this is a great place. However if you want a good sleep too, it won't happen. I have been to other Zlerp hotels that were good, but for some reason this hotel, didn't think kids needed a good sleep. We were in a family room. The adult bed was decent, if not on the small side, but the kids bunker and extra bed, were appalling. The mattresses were soft and old that my kids were unable to sleep properly, and therefore the adults didn't get any either. Baring in mind we travel alot, this was the worst we have experienced so far. Wouldn't stay there again for that reason.

Booking changed on arrival”
We arrived at the hotel after midnight (our bag had just been lost so we had just dealt with a disaster at the airport) so with no luggage and 2 small kids we walked to the hotel from the airport only a few min walk. The guy on reception told us that they had a fire the night previous and we could not stay at the hotel. He was an excellent staff member he had us organised and in a taxi to another hotel they had booked for us for the night. The hotel was clean and location excellent but unfortunately we didn’t get to stay. Maybe next time!

Nice for the people who needs to take flight”
Not so good for the Lego people as it is 30 minutes walk to legoland. Small toilet room and you can smell the engine oil of flight in the room as it is really close to the airport.

Gutes Hotel mit Luft nach oben ”
Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und in einer super Lage für Besuche im Legoland und Lego House (Auto ist jedoch notwendig, denn der Weg zu Fuß ist weit). Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer (für vier Personen) was jedoch eher ein Drei-Bett-Zimmer mit Zustellbett und war. Das Zustellbett neben dem Doppelbett ist nur behelfsmäßig und nicht wirklich gemütlich. Hier ist wirklich Verbesserungsbedarf. Man schläft auf einer Matratze mit Topper direkt auf dem Boden. Als Matratzenbezug dient ein großes weißes Laken, was man während des Schlafens natürlich wegstrampelt. Nicht schön und auch nicht hygienisch. Das Hotel an sich hat aber eine schöne Empfangshalle mit integrierter Bar und macht einen modernen Eindruck.

Номер очень чистый. Уборка каждый день. Удобные кровати. Отдельные кровати для детей. Сын прекрасно спал на откидной кровати. В ванной отличные средства для мытья, все в эко сертификатом. Немного напрягало что после душа весь пол мокрый, но он очень быстро высыхал. Так де понравилось месторасположение, от аэропорта 5 мин пешком. До центра каждый час ходит бесплатный шатл. Так же есть платные автобусы каждые 15 мин, стоят 3€ взрослый ( дети бесплатно ). Мы провели прекрасные три ночи в отеле.

Havde været mere udhvilet, hvis jeg havde sovet hjemme og kørt tidligt”
Vi bookede et værelse, da vi skulle flyve tidligt. Men vi havde været mere udhvilede, hvis vi havde sovet derhjemme og var stået tidligt op. Meget dårlig og lille seng og meget dårlig pude. Mht. personalets service, så mødte vi dem ikke, så det er svært at sige noget om. Vi benyttede os af selvbetjening, men havde svært ved at finde rundt efter tjek in.
