My first stay at zostel was 7 years back and it was wonderful. I chose the place again for my travel to delhi and was not disappointed. Piyush and the whole team was extremely helpful. We had a medical emergency while havibg booked a trip to agra and Zostel and team not only helped us through the emergency but also made provisions such that we managed to complete the agra trip (despite the emergency). I would recommed it to ally my friends and short travellers to delhi. Best for solo travels todelhi for a extended period.

I loved the cleanliness and honesty of the hotel staff.”
Manager at the reception is highly educated and very respectful person....he let me check in b4 time and provided me with the best. I forgot my iPhone at the sofa where I was sitted at the lobby area. When I checked in...suddenly I realized that my iPhone is missing and I was very scared and ran down to the reception...it was a big relief when they said they have the phone with them. I thanks them for their honesty. God bless everyone. Thanks once again.

Safe and comfortable stay in Delhi”
Being a solo traveller , you can always feel safe at zostel. I reached at 3AM at zostel delhi and check-in time was at 12PM , but zostel has comfortable waiting area where you can sleep and wait for check in . Only issue was little bit delay in check-in

I have been to zostel Delhi many times and it never disappoints. It is still the old zostel I knew, staff were very friendly and helpful and the hostel was very clean. Price is a bit steep though as we stayed in a twin bedroom.

Except for traffic jam possibilities on any day, Zostel is an place to stay near NDLS . The place is quite funky, modern and lively.

Paharganj has better options than Zostel ”
The Deluxe Room at Zostel (Rs 3300 a night) was large but the bathroom was tiny and very poorly equipped. The road noise also disturbed our sleep.

Very poor service from Front desk manager Piyush”
The manager at reception was very very very rude & non helpful. He was non attentive to guests problems & did not try to help. Did not have a smiling face & this stay was very poor due to bad behaviour of the staff. I've stayed several times but this person Piyush will not let the hostel grow with his attitude & non helpful nature. He was the worst person to deal with in the world. I recommend to look for better options
