Comfortable cheap hotel”
I used Deluxe room at Pelangi Hotel. This hotel is recommended for you who want to stay at a comfortable cheap hotel. This hotel give you toothbrush and toothpaste. There is a shower with soap. But, the hot water with that shower did'nt work at all. Also, you wouldn't get a towel. TV in the room just has local channel, such as RCTI, Indosiar, Trans TV, Trans7, Metro TV, TV One, Riau TV, etc. There is no HBO, Fox Movies, MGM, Discovery Channel, etc. My deluxe room got a window face to Masjid Agung Pekanbaru. And you will find qibla arrow in your room (for moslem). But, first time I come to my room, I smell something not good from my bed. This hotel is near Mall Pekanbaru if you want go shopping especially if you want to buy mobile phone. If you want to find metered taxi (Riau Taxi), just go a little bit south from Mall Pekanbaru and go opposite road to Ramayana. Near Ramayana is the place for Riau Taxi. The Taxi near Mall Pekanbaru usually not used meter (argo). Only two taxi in Pekanbaru used meter (argo): Blue Bird and Riau Taxi. This hotel is recommended for backpacker and for you who just want to sleep at a comfortable hotel with cheap rate.

Now Zuri Express surely upgrade so many facility as your wish, now you can enjoy watching HBO, Fox Movie, Nat Geo etc. Another good thing, towel was providing by hotel from now on. I stay here for 2 nites, 21-23 april 2015. The beds are comfort but the toilet cleanliness is bad. Broken towels given. Unstable hot water shower. Breakfast menu suit with the room rate. I think i want to come here again if i go to pekanbaru.

I chose Zuri Express for my second visit to Pekanbaru based on its photo & reveiw on internet. The hotel is decent but I would stay elsewhere next time I'm in Pekanbaru - I prefer Hotel Amaris where I stayed during my 1st visit here.

With that rate, I would feel better with the tune hotel or Winstart hotel in pekanbaru. So I decided to upgrade room to superior type Though there is window and more comfortability, still the Internet access is not strong enough to smootly surf the net. I won't recommend anyone.

Zuri Express is one of the worst budget hotel that I've ever stayed. Restroom is dirty. Pillow is smelly. But the worst thing is that Zuri Express installed a really small powered aircon. No air circulation in the room and felt like heater. Worst hotel ever

If you are smoker . This hotel is recommended for you. All room is smoking room. With great cleanness. But he also can served by no smell smoking room. Owesome location. Near mal pelanbaru and senapelan. A lot of food near hotel. Like indomaret. Siomay. Nasi pecel. And bread butiq. So. Overall this hotel was good and recommend for traveler. Or back packers

Strong smoke smell in the room”
We stayed in family suite room for 2 nights last weekend in this hotel. The room was spacious but the smell is terrible.. such a strong smell of cigarette for a non smoking room. Even the bedsheet smells strongly like cigarettes. They don't have a hairdryer at all in the hotel. The breakfast was quite nice and the staff are friendly.
