i enjoyed my stay here at zuri express palembang. the room was nearly perfect. it small but that is one thing we have to accept for sure if we stay in this category of hotel. the brasserie cafe at the lobby level also serve delicious food with many options to choose. the breakfast was more than i expected from hotel in its class. the only downfall was the location that is a bit secluded from the city center. overall, if what you need is just a place to sleep, zuri express is the perfect place

Fresh and Clean”
This newly opened hotel is a welcome addition to the midrange category hotels in Palembang. While the rooms are small, they are spotlessly fresh and clean. There is a handy mini mart in the lobby and there is a nice cafe out front, too. The one drawback is location as the Zuri is a few kilometers out from the city centre. This will not be a problem for people with their own cars, but those without their own steam will have to rely on becaks or minibuses.

Zuri Express is located near Grand Zuri. It is not far from the city. It is simple and small room. You will get 2 bottles of mineral water and shower cap, tissue, all in one soap, towels. No others amenities such as tooth brush and paste, hand soap, etc. The hotel is clean. There is a small shop near the restaurant and the receiptionist counter. They serve breakfast, but only the simple things.

I was staying here for 3 nights for business trip and found the hotel was just right for business traveller. It has a good location, friendly staffs and good environment. Unfortunately, they do not provide in-room telephone, fridge and cups for customer to use. This hotel is recommended for those who seek a good and reasonable hotel room in Palembang.

I enjoyed staying as the hotel is kept clean and the restaurant served warm and tasty chinese style food with good choices of delicacies suitable for Malaysian taste. However, travel to the town centre is quite a distance by foot, taxi booking take time to arrive, map for tourist not available and other available transport to the town is inconvenient and uncomfortable. Would suggest the Hotel management make effort to acquire map of Palembang with tourist spot being marked clearly. Travelling means to be highlighted at the lobby either on notice board or brochures.
