The first OTA to reward customers with no strings attached

In a recent agoda survey, while 78% of Indonesian millennials revealed that they were part of at least one travel loyalty program, many felt that these often failed to deliver the rewards they promised.

Pain points include:
• Nearly half (43%) said that loyalty points are too difficult to accumulate, making it challenging to enjoy the benefits of any loyalty programme.
• 38% feel that the redemption process is too complicated
• 39% feel that loyalty programmes take too long to reward customers
• 1 in 5 agree redemption is usually limited by a long list of T&Cs
