Anna brings over nine years of legal expertise to Agoda, having served as the General Counsel & Company Secretary at ASOS.com Anna joined Agoda from the global online fashion retailer ASOS.com, where she spent over nine years of her career most recently as General Counsel & Company Secretary. In addition to being a member of ASOS’ Executive leadership committee, Anna’s remit included Legal, Corporate Governance, Data Protection, Business Assurance & Resilience, and ESG/ Corporate Responsibility, including overseeing ASOS’ charitable Foundation.

Before ASOS, Anna worked as Brand and IP Manager in Virgin Group management company, in both London and Geneva.

Anna trained and qualified as a solicitor in a London City law firm Taylor Wessing, specializing in Intellectual Property, Media & Reputation Management.
