Shopping in Incheon | 5 Malls & Markets Near Public Transportation Hubs
One thing tourists can count on with a visit to Seoul’s most popular suburb is quality shopping in Incheon. The city contains a variety of upscale shopping hubs as well as local markets, boutiques and cafés. Most of Incheon’s most popular places to shop are conveniently located at or near railway stations, and a few are even accessible by ferry and cruise boats.
Sinpo International Market
Full of good things to eat and unique souvenirs, Sinpo International Market is a one-stop shopping spot for tourists and locals. The market has been in business since the late 19th century and features more than 140 stores and restaurants. Accessible by ferry and train, Sinpo International Market is covered by a glass rooftop and is one of Incheon’s best places for tourists to find authentic Korean foods like crispy fried chicken, mandu, egg tart and jjolmyeon (chewy noodles). Plus, it also provides translation services!

NC Cube Canal Walk
An upscale shopping mall in Songdo-dong, NC Cube Canal Walk is the perfect place for tourists to get their shopping fix while enjoying modern architecture at both indoor and outdoor facilities. Open-air cafés give shoppers a place to rest their feet, and a canal that flows through the middle of the facility provides a breath of fresh air and unique scenery. NC Cube Canal Walk is teeming with international luxury stores, restaurants and a good selection of shops geared toward teens and younger children.

Incheon Complex Fish Market
Visitors should head to Yeonan Pier in Hang-dong to enjoy some of the city’s freshest seafood. Not only does Incheon Complex Fish Market offer good food but it also features some rich history. It is one of the oldest wholesale fish markets in the Seoul area and offers a good amount of restaurants and things to see. Incheon Complex Fish Market is divided into five sections, which feature fresh fish, live fish, dried fish, shellfish and salted seafood. Guests can make selections, ask for them to be prepared or fileted onsite and enjoy them cooked up in a sit-down restaurant for a table fee. Incheon Complex Fish Market is also known as Yeonan Pier Fish Market.

Bupyeong Station Underground Shopping Mall
Considered the largest underground shopping center in the world, Bupyeong Station Underground Shopping Mall is also one of the most convenient places to shop in Incheon for tourists. The shopping mall is located at Bupyeong Station and features more than 1,400 stores … and more than 30 entryways and exits! Visitors will find a little bit of everything at Bupyeong Station Underground Shopping Mall, and that’s no exaggeration. The shopping center contains an incredible variety of cosmetic stores, fashion boutiques, restaurants and souvenir shops with goods at affordable prices.

Triple Street
Guests can take the train to Technopark Station for one of the best shopping experiences in Incheon. The area is divided into three sections, or streets, that contain everything from high-end fashion malls to local cafés. On Ground Street, visitors will find the area’s major department stores, upscale shopping centers, a movie theater and restaurants. Under Street features restaurants, local artwork and a complex designed for families with children. Park Street is where shoppers can relax on green spaces, take in the view at Sky Observatory or engage in games at Sky Sports Field.
