One of our recent and most unforgettable 7-day trips was to Ladakh. We stayed at the most beautiful places and marveled at Ladakh’s barren landscapes and desert beauty. Ladakh enjoys good air connectivity, with daily and multiple flights to Leh, making it accessible nationwide.

On our first day, we soared from Delhi to Leh, immersing ourselves in its majestic vistas. We checked in at the comfy Chospa Hotel Leh and took some time to acclimate to the weather and altitude. We later indulged in a leisurely stroll through Leh market, culminating in a delightful dinner at Neha Snacks.

Day 2: We started our monastery tour with Thiksey Monastery, a 12-storeyed marvel, housing well-preserved temples, a nunnery, and assembly halls. Later, we ventured to Hemis, India’s wealthiest monastery, before returning to our hotel.
Day 3: Following breakfast, we embarked on a scenic 2-hour drive to Khardung La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the world. As we arrived, snow began to fall, enveloping us in a truly enchanting atmosphere.

Day 4: With our bags packed, we set off for Pangong in the morning, savoring the journey with intermittent breaks. Upon reaching Pangong, its beauty left us spellbound. We spent the day by the lake, checked in at Moonland Cottage Pangong and enjoyed a delightful dinner by a bonfire, followed by enchanting stargazing.
Day 5: Rising early, we beheld a majestic sunrise before departing for Leh post-breakfast.

On our final day in Leh city, we bid farewell to this breathtaking place. Starting with breakfast at our hotel, Agartha House, we made our way to the airport. Boarding our flight back to Delhi from Leh Airport, we cherished the memories of our unforgettable journey.
