EXPO Science Park
The site of the 1993 Daejeon World Expo is now a major tourist attraction in Daejeon and the host of EXPO Science Park. The sprawling grounds contain numerous things to do, like World Expo Memorial Museum, which offers a look into the last 200 years of expo history, and Daejeon Expo Memorial Hall, a replica of the 1993 Daejeon World Expo. National Science Museum
National Science Museum features hands-on experiences, a planetarium and an impressive outdoor museum with exhibits of model airplanes and airboats. Hanbat Arboretum
This outdoor wonderland is the largest man-made urban arboretum in South Korea and contains three unique sections that showcase Korea’s diverse nature.
