Things to Do in Da Nang | Beachfront Activities, Scenic Hiking & Ancient Attractions

Regarded as central Vietnam’s “capital” city, Da Nang is a favorite for tourists looking for a quiet seaside getaway coupled with some can’t-miss tourist attractions. Things to do in Da Nang are suited for guests looking for outdoor adventures on Son Tra Mountain, cheap luxury resorts on My Khe Beach and scenic cultural and religious sites like Marble Mountains. Things to do in Da Nang-Vietnam-Marble Mountains

1. Marble Mountains

A visit to Marble Mountains offers three sightseeing treats in one. Guests can first photograph the picturesque cluster of mountains against a backdrop of the East Vietnam Sea. Then, a climb to the top of Mount Thuy for an even better view of the sea and outlying Da Nang is a must. Finally, visitors can explore the INSIDE of this network of five mountains! Each of the Marble Mountains is named after the five elements – Kim (metal), Thuy (water), Moc (wood), Hoa (fire) and Tho (earth), and each has its own set of intricate tunnels, carvings and Buddhist sanctuaries, which are still used by locals today.

2. Ba Na Hills

Ba Na Hills is a perfect escape for the traveler looking for luxury, relaxation and plenty of open space.
