Arrival at Matsuyama Airport

Dogo Onsen Honkan‘s interior consists of a maze of passages, rooms, and stairways that is full of energy from staff and bathers.

Matsuyama Castle

Matsuyama Castle, built between 1602 to 1628, is one of 12 Japanese castle towers that survived the post-feudal era intact. Located on Mount Katsuyama, it is one of Japan’s most interesting and complex castles. Approximately 200 cherry trees fill the castle grounds, which makes for a beautiful cherry blossom view in late March until early April.

Isaniwa Shrine

A popular Shinto shrine located in Isaniwa Shrine is where many emperors were enshrined. Most buildings at Isaniwa Shrine are designated as important cultural properties. Its amazing corridors house incredible paintings and artwork.

Ehime Children’s Castle

Ehime Children’s Castle is located next to Ehime Prefectural Sports Complex and Tobe Zoo. The popular children’s playground contains just about everything a kid could want.
