Kanda Myojin Shrine‘s history dates back to the Edo period (1603-1867). The shrine also houses a memorial to Taira no Masakado, who famously rebelled against the Hei’an government. Kanda Myojin Shrine‘s history dates back to the Edo period (1603-1867).
