For the period: 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023.
Complaints received in the EEA: 14,539 from 3,231,276 partners.
Complaints received were related to the following areas:
- 59% receiving/charging payment.
- 21% payment system logic.
- 17% property inquiry/update request.
- 2% system issues/bug related.
- 1% property content related.
We resolved 100% of the complaints in 2023, of which:
- 50% of the cases were resolved within 3 days.
- 25% of the cases were resolved within 4-7 days.
- 25% of the cases required 7 days or more for resolution.
From January 2023 to date, no mediation cases have been filed by any partner in the EEA.
