Aduan yang diterima di EEA: 14,539 daripada 3,231,276 rakan kerjasama.
Aduan yang diterima berkaitan dengan aspek-aspek berikut:

  • 59% tentang menerima/mengecaj bayaran.
  • 21% tentang logik sistem pembayaran.
  • 17% tentang permintaan pertanyaan/kemas kini penginapan.
  • 2% tentang isu sistem/berkaitan pepijat.
  • 1% berkaitan kandungan penginapan.

Kami menyelesaikan 100% daripada aduan pada tahun 2023, dengan:
  • 50% daripada kes diselesaikan dalam masa 3 hari.
  • 25% daripada kes diselesaikan dalam masa 4-7 hari.
  • 25% daripada kes memerlukan 7 hari atau lebih untuk penyelesaian.

Dari Januari 2023 hingga kini, tiada kes mediasi yang telah diajukan oleh sebarang rakan kerjasama di EEA.

2007

2010
Michael Kenny retires, Robert Rosenstein becomes CEO.

2014
Qlika, an Israeli start-up, is acquired by Booking Holdings and merged with Agoda.
