Bagi tempoh: 1 Januari 2023 hingga 31 Disember 2023.
Aduan yang diterima di EEA: 14,539 daripada 3,231,276 rakan kerjasama.
Aduan yang diterima berkaitan dengan aspek-aspek berikut:
- 59% tentang menerima/mengecaj bayaran.
- 21% tentang logik sistem pembayaran.
- 17% tentang permintaan pertanyaan/kemas kini penginapan.
- 2% tentang isu sistem/berkaitan pepijat.
- 1% berkaitan kandungan penginapan.
Kami menyelesaikan 100% daripada aduan pada tahun 2023, dengan:
- 50% daripada kes diselesaikan dalam masa 3 hari.
- 25% daripada kes diselesaikan dalam masa 4-7 hari.
- 25% daripada kes memerlukan 7 hari atau lebih untuk penyelesaian.
Dari Januari 2023 hingga kini, tiada kes mediasi yang telah diajukan oleh sebarang rakan kerjasama di EEA.
